Learning Tools and Teacher Workload
In Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 15 of 2018 concerning Fulfilling the workload of Teachers, School Principals and School Supervisors dated 23 May 2018, in Article 3 paragraph 1 it is stated:
(1) Implementation of workload for 37.5 (thirty seven point five) Effective working hours as intended in Article 2 paragraph (2) for Teachers include the main activities:
a. planning learning or mentoring;
b. carrying out learning or mentoring;
c. assessing learning or mentoring outcomes;
d. guiding and training students; And
e. carry out additional tasks attached to the implementation of activities principally according to the teacher's workload.

In planning learning or mentoring activities, the activities carried out by teachers are analyzing the curriculum, analyzing the relationship between KI and KD, analyzing effective weeks, compiling annual programs, compiling semester programs, compiling syllabi, and compiling lesson plans.
