Implementation of CPD Training in MGMP Mathematics
On October 9 2017 at SMP Kristen 2 Bandarjaya, Central Lampung Regency, face-to-face CPD training with APBN funds began for families A and E. 20 participants could attend 100%. They are very enthusiastic. Likewise with the Independent class consisting of 20 participants which started on October 11 2017 at the same place. The National Instructor in this activity is Gunanto, S.Pd. (Satya Dharma Sudjana Middle School) and Nur Hasanuri, M.Pd. (SMP N 1 Trimurjo).
Opening and Welcoming Speech
Mrs. Partilla Umar, S.Pd., M. M. as the person in charge of opening the training activities on behalf of the Head of the Central Lampung Regency Education Service said: “PKB training is a necessity for teachers. The results of the PKB training are expected to improve the quality of learning activities in schools. The Central Lampung Regency Education Office encourages teachers to continue to improve their competence, both using APBN funds and independently.”## In-On-In Training Model Structure
In-On-In Training Model Structure
Activities are carried out using the In-On-In 20-20-20 model. The first 20 JPs are in service learning activities, participants are guided by an instructor for 2 days, in 1 day participants discuss 1 KK so in 2 days they discuss 2 KKs, namely KK A and E. One KK consists of 2 modules, namely pedagogical and professional modules.
